Social Growth helps you plan, generate, review, schedule and publish social content, and shows analytics for the accounts you connect. Features can change over time. Some features depend on what the connected platform allows.
Captions, images, narration and other content are generated with AI services and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or similar to other content. The product is built so that you review content before it is published, but you remain responsible for everything published through your connected accounts, including content scheduled in advance or through recurring schedules. That includes making sure it is accurate, lawful, does not infringe anyone’s rights, and carries any disclosures the law or the platform requires.
Automated safety checks may flag or block content. They are an aid, not a guarantee that content is suitable or compliant.
You keep the rights you have in the material you upload and the brand information you enter. You allow us to store, process and transmit it — including sending it to the AI, hosting and platform services listed in the Privacy Policy — and to publish it to the accounts you connect, only so far as needed to provide the service to you. You can stop at any time by disconnecting accounts, deleting your workspace or deleting your account as described on the Data Deletion page. We may suspend or end access if these terms are broken or to protect the service or other people.
We do not promise that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, that a scheduled post will be published, that AI output will be accurate, or that a third-party platform will remain available.

4. Connecting social accounts
You may connect only accounts you own or are authorised to manage. By approving the connection on Instagram you authorise Social Growth to use the permissions you grant — reading the account’s profile, posts and performance figures, and publishing content you have approved — and no others. You can withdraw this at any time by disconnecting the account (see Data Deletion) and by removing the app in your Instagram settings.
Instagram and Facebook are services of Meta Platforms, Inc.; Social Growth is not owned by, endorsed by or affiliated with Meta. Your use of those services stays subject to their terms and policies, and you must comply with them, including their platform and advertising rules. Meta can change or withdraw access at any time, and we are not responsible for a post that cannot be published or data that cannot be read because of that.
